From Downtown Annapolis or the Eastern Shore:

Take Route 97 North towards Baltimore. Merge onto 32 West via Exit #7 toward Columbia/Bowie. Merge onto Route 3 South toward Gambrills/Bowie via ramp on the right. Waugh Chapel Towne Centre is 2.5 miles further south on the right, just past The Village at Waugh Chapel.
